1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bila2cuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or uses the services available at bila2cuci.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

bila2cuci provides Malaysian adults with information, guidance and access to online casino entertainment, sports betting markets, payment options, bonus explanations and responsible gambling tools. The Platform is operated under an international licensing framework and is not regulated by any Malaysian government body.

By accessing the Platform, clicking any acceptance button or creating an account, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its provisions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to the bila2cuci Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before and throughout any period of account activity.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies to all users, including those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and all other locations within Malaysia.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Automated registrations, bots and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of a User are prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or affiliate of bila2cuci, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from another gambling operator in a manner that remains in effect.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Malaysian users remain solely responsible for assessing their local legal obligations.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account at any time. Opening or operating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different name or payment method, constitutes a breach of this Agreement. bila2cuci reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to retain any outstanding balances as a penalty for the breach.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password or security details with any third party. All activity carried out from your logged-in session will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated each action.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bila2cuci support without delay and change your password immediately.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bila2cuci may request identity documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued identity card or passport, proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits and Payments

bila2cuci supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to provide a convenient depositing experience for eligible users. Available channels may include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX, as well as selected digital currency options. The availability of any specific method may vary by account status, transaction amount and system conditions.

5.1 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own legal name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary holder, or anonymous payment sources will not be accepted and may trigger an account review.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and account tier. Typical minimum deposits are in the range of RM30, with maximum amounts that may exceed RM30,000 depending on the applicable channel. Users should check the cashier section for confirmed limits before initiating a transaction.

5.3 Currency

All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a specific alternative currency account has been approved. Digital currency deposits will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation, and the Platform assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and settlement.

5.4 Processing Times

E-wallet and DuitNow transactions are typically credited on an instant basis following network confirmation. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes, though this can extend during periods of bank maintenance or high transaction volumes. Digital currency deposits require network confirmation as governed by the relevant blockchain.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Failure to satisfy any applicable condition may result in a request being placed on hold or declined.

• The Account must have completed any requested KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• The requested amount must not exceed the remaining withdrawal limit for the relevant period.
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries.

6.1 Processing Times

Approved withdrawals to e-wallet channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay, are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. bila2cuci does not accept liability for delays caused by the recipient bank or payment service provider.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account tier. Players reaching an applicable limit must wait for the relevant period to reset before submitting a further request.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers are intended to provide additional entertainment value. Each promotion is governed by specific terms which form part of this Agreement and must be read in full before the offer is accepted.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier, for example X10, X15 or X20. A bila2cuci bonus of MYR 100 with a X15 requirement means that MYR 1,500 in qualifying bets must be settled before any portion of the bonus balance or related winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering progress. Slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute between 10% and 20%. A MYR 100 wager on a 20% contribution game adds only MYR 20 to the progress counter.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

When Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies, commonly in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500. Placing a wager above this limit during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus balances and related winnings that remain at expiry will be removed from the Account without further notice.

7.5 Abuse of Promotions

bila2cuci reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings where evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, use of arbitrage strategies or collusion is identified. Any account found engaging in promotional abuse may be suspended.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game type. General rules include the following provisions.

• Bets are accepted at the odds or pay-tables displayed at the time of placement. bila2cuci reserves the right to correct any odds or pricing that result from a manifest error, including typographical mistakes.
• For sports betting, including EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA and UFC events, event outcomes are determined by the official result at the conclusion of the relevant period unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live betting markets close when a market is suspended. Bets placed after a suspension commences may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and original stakes returned.
• bila2cuci reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any bet or combination, regardless of the odds offered at the time of placement.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the bila2cuci Platform.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform as an agent, representative or on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots or data-scraping tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other users to exploit game mechanics or market pricing.
• Attempting to intercept, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's software or communication systems.
• Conducting chargebacks on legitimate transactions or using payment credentials that do not belong to you.

Any breach of this clause will be treated as a material breach of the Agreement, entitling bila2cuci to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account and to retain all funds where applicable law permits.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bila2cuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets and structural layouts, is the intellectual property of bila2cuci or is used under licence from third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bila2cuci.

The bila2cuci brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised commercial use of these marks is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bila2cuci and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even where bila2cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bila2cuci's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the value of real-money funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

bila2cuci does not warrant that the Platform will operate free of interruption, errors or security breaches. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

12 Suspension and Closure

bila2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account in any of the following circumstances.

• A material breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

Where closure is initiated by bila2cuci for a reason other than a breach by the User, verified account balances of Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User by the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC requirements.

13 Responsible Gambling

bila2cuci is committed to supporting safe and responsible entertainment. Betting and casino activity should remain optional leisure, never a financial necessity. Users are encouraged to use available account controls, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders and self-exclusion, at any time.

14 Amendments

bila2cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided through a notice displayed on the Platform or via account notification where available.

Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept a proposed change, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure before the change takes effect.
